Oaklands Infants School – Cheque presentation.

The staff, parents and children of Oaklands Infant School presented a cheque for £1,108-94 to Perthes Association on 6th January 2012. The money was raised during a school year after the school adopted Perthes Association as their chosen charity after a little boy at the school was diagnosed. They raised the money by holding cake sales, selling promotional goods and holding a fund day for the children. We are immensely grateful to all concerned especially the children who worked so hard to raise the money to buy a hand propelled trike and ended up with enough to buy a trike and a small wheelchair.
